It’s so awesome when God covers the stupid decisions I make.

Thank you, you beautiful mangy varmints, for taking this ride with me.

And how incredibly lucky I am to have a husband who loves endures my ridiculous.

  • Yay! Thank heavens I didn’t delete the coordinates from my GPS! Can you get your horses back?

  • Oh my… All that work, worry and wonderment and you’re moving BACK? What about the guest house? And you get to keep ALL critters now? If  you’re happy Tamy, then I’m happy!

  • Yee Haw!!!!!  I’m toasting some relatives with a thimble of Weller tonight – I shall add you and MM to the cheers ( dogs and horses too, I might need a bigger thimble)….God Is Good and Great

  • Do you wax your own eyebrows?
    and Congratulations…
now can you find me a man to love my ridiculous?   I need one of those.

  • I just had a thought…
The movers will surely have a laugh, won’t they?

or at least a good head shake.

  • Well, there you go! It’s an annoying way to begin spring cleaning, but hey, if it works it works!

  • that is awesome. you sound soooo happy!–karen

  • Woot! I’m sorry but I will probably be giggling at you for a while over this one. All that work packing the place up for no reason. Well I guess there was a good reason. You got confirmation on where you are supposed to be. I am SO glad that you were able to hit the “undo button” though. So you’re staying there for good then, right?

  • YAHOOO!!!   It’s coming up roses once again & thar be a platinum lining on them thar clouds.

    I’m SO HAPPY I’m dancing.

BEST NEWS EVER, Tamy. Save me a slice of that Taco Pizza now that I can enjoy it.

Congrats to you, MM & all your lovely critters!!!

  • Celebrating with you!   It seems to me that we all want what makes you happy, as I am sure is the case with your dear MM.  So happy for you.  And yes, spring cleaning was rather thorough this year!

  • Now THAT is some amazing news…and you’ll be able to move back in all prettied up. What about the house you were going to move in to? Funny…I was thinking of you and Watering Hole this morning, wondering how you’d really be with leaving.

  • What a way to accomplish your spring cleaning! I hope you had a good contingency clause on the new house. And I hope you’ll be able to settle in and enjoy WHR as much as you have in the past! YAY!!!

  • Party Time!  Have a Happy HomeComing!

  • Wow! Happy for you, and amazed at the way things work out in this crazy world!

  • There is always a Divine plan – funny how we are always the last to find out!! Glad you are going home!

  • Wow, shocking and happy news sounds like

  • I am so happy you are going back home and I am celebrating with a sauerkraut covered hot dog and doing the happy butt dance.

    ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs and happiness)))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

  • Yay taco pizza. And not having to move, after all.

  • YIPPEE!  We are so excited for you guys!  :)   ENJOY!!

  • Are you home for good?  It sounds that way.  Go get your doggies and start unpacking.  You’ll be in good shape in a few days.

  •  You can be a woman in a ranch and be flirtatious  and feminine
Never you are ridiculous, Tamy. Never

    Love

    Michel

  • awwww, Yay!! and what Michel said!!! :)

  • @saintvi - Yes, they are still on the property. They were going with property, not the buyers.  I am soooooo happy!

  • @armnatmom - The guest house has already been sold and moved.  This is a good thing and lowers our mortgage.  We don’t need the guest house anymore, now that we have lots of space in the house for guests since the kids are all grown and moved out.  Thank you for being happy for me!

  • @JstNotherDay - I do not wax my own eyebrows. I have never even plucked them!  I have to have it done, or I I would never be able to endure the pain.

I think those men are far and few between!  But, I will keep my eyes open.

Yes, the movers were a bit confused.

  • @BohemianLotus - Nothing is forever, esp with me. ha!  But, we are there for now and life is good. *happy sigh*

  • @Richgem - @slmret - The Mexican Farmhouse was contingent on selling WHR, so both deals are off and we are in the clear.

  • @Pollypinks - We will move back in on Sunday since that is the movers’ next available date. The doggies will come home Monday.  I am so excited, relieved and happy!

  • Wow!  What an amazing turn of events!  I guess it was just meant to be.  Now back to Home Sweet Home!!

  • Thank goodness your hair is checked off! Flashy good looking returns are the best!  Finding what we want can lead us home. Best to YOU! (pats and points)

  • Woah. Just Woah. Amazing.

Reminds me of the time I adopted a dog. Dexter. He was big and yellow and manly and I needed love. But he was a yard dog and I was an apartment dweller. He wasn’t leash trained, and I lived at the ocean side where the whole world came to hang out and stroll along the water. Picture a social labrador in that environment, 85 lbs of manly muscle, and skinny ole me trying to teach him to behave on a leash. A day and a half after taking him home, I cried. I couldn’t picture another decade of him pulling on the leash. I was so sore from trying to keep him under control. I wanted to revoke my committment to him. I called the family who gave him to me, and said I couldn’t do it. They cried with relief. They couldn’t eat or sleep because they realized after the fact that it was wrong to send their family member away. They thought they had to because it was expensive to move with 3 kids and an 85 lb dog. Suddenly they knew it was worth it. And then I turned around and adopted my 2nd choice: Midori. Midori is my soul dog, and I couldn’t have made it through my singlehood without her. All’s well that ends well. Wild Woman is heading to her true home, just as Dexter did.

  • YAY.  i’m happy for you :)

  • YIPPEE!!  Happy homecoming!

  • What a happy ending to this story. Congrats!

  • It’s a shame they would work with you on the deal.  I know the doggies will be thrilled to get back to their home!

What about the guest house?  Never mind.  I just found out from one of the comment.s

  • well, I knew you were crazy but in a good way!!!!!!!!!

  • Cherry coke vanilla hair, plucked eyebrows, Taco Pizza and moving back into Watering Hole Ranch with all your lovies makes life oh so sweet.  Congratulations Tamy!  You know how to live each precious moment in life and that’s a good thing!
